Gemma Potts, a keen and enthusiastic rider and groom, suffered a life-changing injury 2 and a half years ago when she was knocked over by a horse at an equestrian event, leaving her quadriplegic at the tender age of 26.

Richmond Equestrian Centre is supporting Victoria Baker’s campaign to get Gemma the specialist items she needs, to help her move out of the nursing home, where she currently resides and into her own home.

REC and Victoria are holding a 𝐑𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 & 𝐀𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, hosted by 𝐏𝐀𝐔𝐋 𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐓 (former Tyne Tees Television News Reporter) on 𝐓𝐇𝐔𝐑𝐒𝐃𝐀𝐘 29𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐄𝐁𝐑𝐔𝐀𝐑𝐘, 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 5𝐩𝐦 (Auction starts at 7pm)

All monies raised will go towards buying Gemma the equipment she needs and will help towards funding the ongoing therapy, which she will need once she leaves care.

The evening is guaranteed to be fun & informal – With complimentary food & a welcome drink, so please come along and help raise some much-needed funds
